Bridge Leisure hit a hattrick as one of the 100 Best companies to work for in the UK!

Holiday park owner, Bridge Leisure Parks has once again been named as one of the UKs best companies to work for and has been recognised as having outstanding levels of workplace engagement.

The news that Bridge Leisure has made the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For list for the third-year running, was announced at a glittering awards ceremony on Thursday (21/3).

The company, which owns and operates nine holiday parks employing more than 500 people across the UK, was also awarded a two-star Best Companies Accreditation made possible through an ‘outstanding’ commitment to workplace engagement.

To produce the survey, The Sunday Times interviews more than 270,000 employees to rate their company’s leadership skills, their wellbeing and opportunities for personal growth, and how they feel about their own manager and colleagues.

This is the 19th time The Sunday Times had published the list of the 100 Best Companies to Work For, using extensive data gathering and analysis across all business sectors.
