Whether you're planning a shopping spree, fancy a bite to eat at a nice restaurant or want to step back in time and immerse yourself in some of the region's culture, a visit to one of these popular destinations is a must during your stay with us. To help inspire you further, we've highlighted just a few of the popular places to visit in the region.

Elgin

Elgin lies on the south coast of the Moray Firth roughly midway between Inverness and Aberdeen. The town offers many pleasant characteristics, breathtaking scenery and a number of local distilleries including Glen Moray, Gordon & MacPhail and Glen Elgin, most of which have open days for the public.

Inverness

Inverness really does tick all the boxes! Discover its flourishing culinary scene, explore the Victorian Market or Eastgate Shopping Centre for a bit of retail therapy, catch one of the many events at Eden Court and other venues, or take your time to admire art exhibitions in the city’s galleries

Aberdeen

Aberdeen is famous for its granite buildings and monuments. To the north of the city centre, the cobbled streets and historic university buildings of Old Aberdeen are steeped in history, while to the east, by the harbour, the quaint fishing quarter of Footdee is packed with tiny cottages and gardens. It’s packed full of great bars, shops and restaurants!

Lossiemouth

Often referred to as ‘the jewel of the Moray Firth’, Lossiemouth is just a short drive from our park. It is a golf-oriented resort and is blessed with two sandy beaches, glorious dunes and beautiful countryside. The town is a great getaway place from the stresses of modern life. Visitors can enjoy the long pleasant walks along the beach and soak up the town’s tranquil atmosphere.
